Review & Evaluation Policy
Specification-based criteria and explicit evidence boundaries.
Evaluation Criteria
Each product is examined against standardized mobility and utility metrics:
- Footprint vs. Mixing Surface
- Ratio between closed exterior size (metric and imperial) and usable enamel or plastic mixing area.
- Modular Pan Fitment
- Support for standard 19×16mm pans versus molded proprietary wells that restrict color replacement.
- Fluid Delivery & Enclosures
- Reliability of valve-fed brushes, seal mechanisms, and resistance to transit leakage.
- Stated Pigment Composition
- Documented pigment single/multi-codes and binder classifications according to supplier data.
Evidence Limitations & Disclaimers
- Assessments are derived from specification analysis, seller documentation, and structural blueprints, not destructive laboratory tests.
- We do not conduct independent ASTM lightfastness chamber testing; all lightfastness notations cite vendor-provided classifications.
- We do not guarantee artistic outcomes or universal durability under all environmental conditions.
